First and foremost, we do what we promise and we do it well. ContentXperts meets deadlines, completes their obligations and provides what we say we will provide.
We charge $50 per hour for research and content writing. This hourly charge is reduced for "bulk work" (projects assigned to us which exceed 20 hours).
In many cases when you describe your project to us, we provide you a firm quote for the work. The hourly charge above then only comes into play if the scope of the project changes. Prior to commencing additional work, we will inform you that the work is outside the scope of the original project.
Prior to beginning a project, we require 1/2 of our fee to be paid. Within 10 days of completion of the project, prior to the copyright passing to the client and prior to the content being published, the balance of our fee must be paid.
If mistakes are found in our work, we correct these mistakes free of charge.
